Knowing the client

Established in 1981, the Administrative Training Institute (ATI) was founded with the vision of delivering high-quality training to officers of All India Civil Services, State Civil Services, and various State Service Cadres, including State Government departments. Additionally, ATI extends its training programs to elected representatives of Panchayat and Municipal bodies, as well as NGOs. These programs encompass induction and functional training for officials from diverse service cadres and departments, covering a wide array of subjects such as public administration, financial management, economic development, management development, trainer development, information technology, disaster management, and urban management. Emphasizing an interactive and participatory approach, ATI has evolved into one of the foremost training institutes in India.

Our task

One of our major responsibilities was to create a stronger impact within the premises of the institution. By embellishing the core culture and identity the brand holds amongst the employees as well as the visitors, we have to perform the comprehensive Internal Branding of NSATI. This must impact on providing a better understanding of their ethos and values and will signify their mission strongly and cohesively. The Internal Branding will be a continuation of their existing brand identity values. The task will be to create a unique visual stylization enhancing the existing concept.
